3 Day Basic Survival Immersion Class
We will leave on Monday morning headed for Wild River State Park, and spend Monday Tuesday and Wednesday learning, addressing and practicing the four basics of wilderness survival. Shelter, Fire, Water, and Food. We will build a basic survival shelter, explore several methods of fire construction, learn to locate and make safe drinking water, then we will explore Minnesota's plethora of edible plants. We may briefly delve into hunting, trapping, and fishing, but these very in depth subjects are addressed in the advanced version of this class.
We will meet at a predesignated location at 7a.m. on Monday of class.
